We believe that the 11th hour in God’s plan for His Church is a time of great urgency and ministry acceleration.  The time remaining for the work of God on earth is very limited, and yet, there is still much to be accomplished.  The laborers of the 11th hour are those mentioned in Psalm 110:3, “Your people will volunteer freely in the day of your power…”  One of the outstanding characteristics of the 11th hour laborers is that they will not lack in personal motivation and drive.  All they need is someone to train, equip, empower, and release them into the work of the harvest.  This is the calling and mandate for 11th Hour Christian Initiatives!
