Caleb After-School Tutorial (CAST) Program 

11HCI is serving children in the Rochester community through the After-School Tutorial Program, called Caleb After-School Tutorial (CAST) Program.  The after-school tutorial program took on greater importance because of the COVID-19 public school limitations and changes. CAST has been able to serve several school-aged children at Dobson Apartments, from immigrant families, providing them and their families with urgently needed academic assistance and emotional support.
