Under the banner of Caleb Ministries, 11HCI is serving the local Rochester, New York Community. We work with a network of local churches to impact this city for God.

Caleb After-School Tutorial (CAST) Program
11HCI is serving children in the Rochester community through the After-School Tutorial Program, called Caleb After-School Tutorial (CAST) Program.
The after-school tutorial program took on greater importance because of the COVID-19 public school limitations and changes. CAST has been able to serve several school-aged children at Dobson Apartments, from immigrant families, providing them and their families with urgently needed academic assistance and emotional support. Caleb Pizza-in-the-Park
Caleb also has a summer outreach program to low-income and transient people through the Pizza-in-the-Park Feeding Program. Throughout the summer of 2020 when Covid-19 was at its height, the Pizza-in-the Park Ministry team continued providing a weekly community-based outreach program. It is through this program that many people who are homeless and often transient, uprooted from communities, and isolated from families, are ministered to with a meal, clothing, prayer, and with the good news of Jesus Christ! Caleb Life Groups
Life Groups are not a replacement for the local church but a supplement to the local church. Life Groups provide short-term discipleship while the local church provides long term and lifetime discipleship. See More ...
Mission Mobilization
11HCI is committed to the great commission, to "go and reach all nations." We organize, train, and deploy short term mission teams from different local churches for domestic and international short-term mission trips to various countries.
Member Care
Member Care is defined by many mission organizations as
“the ongoing preparation, equipping and empowering of missionaries for effective and sustainable life, ministry, and work.”

11HCI is deeply committed to providing member care for the short term mission teams that we send to various locations, and for the career missionaries that we have a relationship with in different countries.
​
Member care includes providing spiritual and emotional training and support, ministry preparation and training, team building and cross-cultural skills, marriage and family consultation, and operational and emotional debriefing when missionaries are returning home from the mission field. These are just a few services related to member care.

Often, the Lord calls upon 11HCI to be a missionary to missionaries. We must not only be committed to the work of the ministry, but we are also called and committed to serve the workers who do the ministry!
Make Us ONE
This is an annual Christian conference established in 2019 to serve as a catalyst for facilitating greater functional unity within the body of Christ.
The conference is putting a stake in the ground representing our commitment to Jesus’ prayer for the body of Christ (John 17)
The conference seeks to maximize the witness of Jesus Christ and the manifestation of His Glory throughout our region by the unity of the Spirit which is at work within the Church. (Ephesians 4:1-8)
